Each team member is actively committed to reducing their impact by applying simple yet essential actions, all in support of a shared eco-responsible approach.

Because protecting our environment is everyone’s responsibility, we are dedicated to making a tangible contribution every day to more sustainable tourism.

  • We sort our waste (metal, glass, cardboard, aluminum, batteries) and drop it off at the local recycling centers. We also encourage you to participate by using the recycling bin available in the living room of your suite.
  • Cooking oils are collected and sent to specialized recycling facilities.
  • We provide digital access to newspapers and magazines to reduce paper waste.
  • We prioritize digital formats for all informational notes, including this guide.
  • We offer invoices in digital format to minimize printing.
  • Guest feedback and comments are collected digitally.
  • QR codes are available for our guests to access the different restaurant menus.
  • We use a system that produces ozonated water for surface disinfection.
  • All our suites are equipped with a keycard system. When guests leave the room, lights and electrical devices switch off automatically.
  • All restrooms and common areas are equipped with motion-sensor lighting.
  • We only use low-energy light bulbs.
